4) Shipping Issues

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
• Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
